My Journey
More than eight years ago, I founded ALMA with a clear vision: to create a wellness company where technical excellence, personalised care, and a holistic understanding of health form the foundation of every experience. Since then, my professional journey has been driven by continuous education and an unwavering commitment to learning, convinced that true well-being cannot be understood through a single discipline.
My career began in manual therapy, and over the years I have specialised in therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue Massage, sports massage, Thai massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, osteopathic techniques, assisted stretching, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, and a wide range of bodywork techniques focused on recovery, performance, and well-being.
As my experience grew, I realised that pain, tension, and stress often have much deeper roots. This inspired me to expand my education into Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), nervous system regulation, stress physiology, somatic work, trauma, conscious movement, breathwork, neurodance, coaching, women's health, and integrative medicine.
I have also trained in Applied Kinesiology, Transgenerational Kinesiology, Family Constellations, Bach Flower Remedies, and other complementary therapies that have deepened my understanding of the relationship between the body, emotions, lifestyle, and personal history.
Every course, every certification, and every experience has contributed to shaping my philosophy of care. Today, that philosophy defines the essence of ALMA: an integrative approach that combines science, manual therapy, and holistic wellness to create truly personalised experiences tailored to each client's individual needs.
Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world while leading luxury wellness projects for private villas, five-star hotels, yachts, retreats, and exclusive events across Ibiza. What began as a personal vision has evolved into a multidisciplinary team united by the same commitment to excellence, professionalism, and genuine care.
For me, well-being is never the result of a single treatment. It is shaped by essential pillars such as nutrition, restorative sleep, movement, stress management, hormonal balance, digestive health, breathing, our environment, and daily lifestyle habits. Inspired by the principles of Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), I believe that all these factors interact continuously, influencing how we feel, recover, and function. This is why, alongside manual therapy, I also offer personalised wellness programmes and one-to-one guidance, helping each client better understand their body, identify potential imbalances, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and vitality.
My goal is not simply to relieve symptoms, but to empower people with the knowledge and practical tools they need to restore balance, improve their quality of life, and take an active role in their own well-being.
I remain committed to continuous learning because I believe education never ends. My purpose is to keep integrating scientific knowledge, clinical experience, and the most effective therapeutic approaches to offer something that goes far beyond a treatment—an experience that helps people reconnect with their bodies, understand them more deeply, and care for themselves with greater awareness.
