My name is Lydia Madero. Professional masseuse and therapist, as well as founder of ALMA IBIZA MASSAGE.

For six years now, I have been dedicated to the exciting world of massage and natural therapies, offering comprehensive support to all those people who want to improve their quality of life and prioritize their well-being.
My work approach is global, addressing physical, energetic, emotional and subtle well-being as an interconnected whole.

In each massage session, I apply the tools and techniques that I have acquired both in my personal and professional path. In addition to professional massage, I use meditation, conscious breathing techniques, kinesiology, oriental techniques, psychosomatic and emotional work, as well as energy work techniques such as TRE, (emotional liberation technique) among others.

For me, massage and touch are an art through which I communicate, dance and connect with the needs of the body in the present moment. Therefore, I take an individualized and personalized approach to each session, adapting the treatment to the specific needs of each client.

In my constant pursuit of growth and learning, I am expanding my knowledge in areas such as family constellations, trauma, and the fascinating world of human anatomy and biomechanics.

My main objective is to guide you to acquire tools that help you reconnect with yourself, listen to and feel your body, and give it the care and attention it deserves. I believe in the importance of living from balance, coherence and internal harmony, always remembering that health begins from within (nutrition, rest, body mobility, management of our emotions and stress management...)

With this purpose I founded ALMA IBIZA MASSAGE four years ago. A company dedicated to well-being whose mission is to expand my work philosophy and values, offering personalized therapeutic massage services, body treatments and wellness experiences throughout the island of Ibiza.
